my (accidental) cinco de mayo snub

it just dawned on me, this cinco de mayo evening, that although we eat mexican food of one sort or another about 12 times a week, every week, tonite, for some strange reason, i decided to make an asian noodle salad for dinner. (which, by the way, i have only made one other time in my whole life.)
